So delicious and so versatile! I’ve added this powder and made ramen, pasta and mushroom risotto. It adds such a depth of flavour to each dish so had to go back and order more to share with family and friends! So glad I discovered this! Service was excellent also, the order shipped so quickly!
The Umami powder is delicious, and disappears into hot water without needing to be stirred. Which was an absolute godsend when I was ill (so, bonus points for that!). It's now a staple in my pantry.
such a shame it's not GF. At least there are other suppliers that can do a GF umami powder

Love the salty/ mushroomy flavour! We are se it on a lot of different things. One of our favourites is to sprinkle some over a cooked breakfast of scrambled eggs, avocado, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber. Yum!
