Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit once fulfilled.
If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email/telephone. 
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
Orders over $60 receive free shipping.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to everyone! 
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Jimoto Foods is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated time or if there seems to be a delay, please contact us at sales@jimoto.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Our domestic postal service (Sendle) does not send to P.O. boxes, in this instance you will be receiving the parcel via Australia Post.
