Sweet, sour, balanced and with just enough spice, this dressing uses only the best Aussie limes combined with Japanese ume to bring umami and a fresh citrus hit to prawns, sashimi, tempura or green leaves.
- Shiso Teriyaki
Teriyaki sauce is a staple in any Japanese kitchen and we infuse ours with local shiso leaves to add delicate floral notes to this light sauce. Use this to marinate and glaze meats, or toss it through noodles in a hot wok.
- Lemon Myrtle and Yuzu Ponzu
Infused with local lemon myrtle and bursting with fresh yuzu, this is the only ponzu of its kind. Pour this light and delicious ponzu over freshly shucked oysters, pair with sake-steamed vegetables, or serve as a dipping sauce to steak, sashimi or tempura.

All of the sauces have been great. So far have loved the Yuzu & Chilli on crumbed chicken and fresh prawns, the Miso Hot Sauce on fish wraps, fried rice and stir fry veggies, and the Ponzu on julienne daikon/carrot/cucumber to make a quick pickle.

So glad I got the pack. The Lemon Myrtle & Yuzu Ponzu has been a go-to for a while, but the pack has opened our taste buds to way more delicious flavours! Such innovative and delicious products. Each one was satisfying but if I had to choose a favorite it would be the Miso Hot Sauce which has a nice amount of heat and savory on the palate.
