Spicy Umami Bundle

We’ve taken our classic Umami Powder and given it a spicy twist. Combining the rich, savoury power of shiitake mushrooms with gochugaru, ginger, seaweed and sesame, this seasoning delivers a bold hit of umami with a warming chilli kick.

Completely vegan, this versatile seasoning can be used as a dry rub for grilled meats, a sprinkle over roasted vegetables, or a finishing touch for noodles, rice and stir-fries.
