This versatile, sweet and floral teriyaki has no preservatives and is free from MSG – it’s 100% natural.
Infused, like a tea, with fragrant local Sydney shiso, this teriyaki is made with Japanese mirin, sake and tamari and offers a lighter-than-usual teriyaki excellent for anything from marinades to wok-tossed noodles. Australian ginger is added for extra zing, complementing the shiso’s floral notes.
Gluten and preservative free, vegan.

The teriyaki sauce is truly the best we’ve experienced. It’s light and tasty and very versatile to be added in most meals… fish, chicken and vegetables. Add miso hot sauce and you can have the best home made gourmet food. Try both and you’ll be back for more……..

Like a sweet soy sauce but with a difference (hard to describe). Great as a marinade for chicken and surprisingly nice as a sauce for stir fry noodles. Glad I bought it!

Shiso Teriyaki!! My new favorite cooking companion! So light but flavorful that it can be used in almost anything. I love that in can be incorporated in savory Filipino dishes and takes dishes to the next level. Jimoto foods deserves a recognition. 👏👏👏👏👏
This is my second bottle of Shiso Teriyaki, it is so delicious and takes simple meals to the next level. I particularly like it as a glaze, as per the instructions on the Jimoto Recipe page (seen in this photo with chicken), but it's also good as a quick marinade on a range of proteins (chicken, lamb, beef - yet to try it with fish or tofu). I would love to see Jimoto putting out a bulk size bottle of the Shiso Teriyaki!
Shiso Teriyaki is my hands down favourite Jimoto product. I love shiso (perilla) and the flavour here is noticeable but not overpowering.
Next level! LOVE this sauce! Marinated some meat in it and then cooked in on our open coal BBQ - was delicious!!
It elevates all my home cooking to the next level. Ive paired this with steak, chicken to salmon and even my vegetables! You need to try this. It has NO MSG compared to other teriyaki sauces in the market. You wont regret buying this.
