We blend a mix of local Australian green chillies and Japanese chillies with fresh yuzu juice and Japanese tamari (the producer has been making soy for over 100 years) to bring this zingy dressing/dipping sauce to life.
Drizzle it on any salad, serve with charcoal chicken, BBQ prawns, sashimi, EVERYTHING. It can also be used as a dipping sauce for noodles, dumplings and vegetables. If you’re a yuzu fan, this is a pantry must-have.

This would have to be the best dressing, marinade…sauce… what ever you want to call it ever! It’s so fresh and leaves a refreshing tang on your tastebuds! Since finding this in a small little foodie store I have bought 12 bottles- that’s in the last year! Its so amazing… i just love it!! By the way the Hot miso and sesame dressing are equally amazing - if you like chilli (it isnt over powering) and a little bit of freshness from the Yuzu you will love this! Goes really nicely with Salmon and Chicken… thanks Jimoto❤️❤️❤️

I splashed it over steamed fish, truly wonderfull.
Toss broccoli florets in the chilli and yuzu dressing, bake in a hot oven for 15-20 minutes and you have the yummiest, healthy side dish going around!
Boiled eggs never tasted so good. Lift any mediocre meal to irresistible yummy-ness. If I have bought a takeaway salad that needs a nudge, this is my go to drizzle magician. Always keep a spare bottle handy.
