A zingy blend of local and Japanese chillies, fresh yuzu juice and the best Japanese tamari combine to create the ultimate dressing for big leafy salads, barbecued seafood, or as a dipping sauce for vegetables.
- Spicy Ume and Lime Dressing
Sweet, sour, balanced and with just enough spice, this dressing uses only the best Aussie limes combined with Japanese ume to bring umami and a fresh citrus hit to prawns, sashimi, tempura or green leaves.
- Shiso Teriyaki
Teriyaki sauce is a staple in any Japanese kitchen and we infuse ours with local shiso leaves to add delicate floral notes to this light sauce. Use this to marinate and glaze meats, or toss it through noodles in a hot wok.
- Lemon Myrtle and Yuzu Ponzu
