Our take on classic Japanese goma dressing is an earthy, nutty, multi-dimensional dressing that sets it apart from the rest.
We source beautiful Japanese sesame seeds and roast them ourselves locally to preserve that freshly roasted deep flavour. We keep some seeds whole to add extra texture, combining them with the best Japanese sesame paste we could get our hands on. You won’t find any MSG or flavour enhancers inside our bottle, rather we use inaka miso and Japanese rice vinegar to round out the dressing’s rich umami quality.
There’s no end to the versatility of this dressing, use it to coat noodles, as a dipping sauce for shabu shabu or fresh sashimi. Brush it over grilled pork cutlets or drizzle it over salads or crisp vegetables for an incredibly balanced sesame addition.

This is such a versatile dressing. When I'm in rush, I just mix this roasted sesame dressing with some crispy chilli oil and a dash of sugar then pour on top of egg noodle with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
