Love this sauce - it’s amazing with dumplings and great in cooking - especially Asian greens. It’s a must-have in my fridge now. A unique and delicious flavour.

hmmm, difficult to rate this one, given the price point is a bit higher than the other sauces, I actually like it less than the others. The shiso flavoring is unique, but doesn't appeal to our family. It's quite vinegary, which is what it's supposed to be, but doesn't go well with dumplings. It's ok on raw fish, but I havn't found a lot of uses for it where the shiso doesn't start to overpower the foods. It's not a bad sauce just not one of my favs.

I stumbled upon Jimoto foods while looking for Ponzu and their Yuzu Ponzu is amazing. I've used as a dipping sauce, added it to marinades, and popped it into a superfast salmon stir fry. Love it! Adaptable, fresh taste and disappearing fast from my pantry. The lemon myrtle is genius too
