Our tart, rich and mildly spicy hot sauce is hardworking, and tastes good everywhere. Try it with eggs, gyoza, noodles, grilled meats or seafood and mix it with our Shiso Teriyaki for the ultimate spicy glaze for barbecued meats or okonomiyaki.
A zingy blend of local and Japanese chillies, fresh yuzu juice and the best Japanese tamari combine to create the ultimate dressing for big leafy salads, barbecued seafood, or as a dipping sauce for vegetables.
Teriyaki sauce is a staple in any Japanese kitchen and we infuse ours with local shiso leaves to add delicate floral notes to this light sauce. Use this to marinate and glaze meats, or toss it through noodles in a hot wok.
All items are gluten and preservative free and vegan.

I have tried the Shiso Teriyaki, Miso Hot Dauce, and the Fresh Yuzu & Lime, and all I can say all of them are perfectly created. They match not only for sushi and sashimi dipping sauce, but also for other non-Japanese dishes. The freshness of the yuzu and lime has generated by taste buds as well as elevates the flavour. I am so happy with these unconventional creation in which my homemade dish turn out to be extraordinary.

Not only do the sauces and dressing taste great, this company also has great customer service! My order arrived in a damaged box and was therefore unsuitable to be gifted however this was swiftly replaced after reaching out to the customer service team via email. I ordered November 30 and it arrived Dec 6. I was surprised it was delivered on weekends and it was nicely packed and in beautiful individual boxes. I bought 5 boxes during black friday sales to gift family. My Japanese friend was present when I opened it and she was very impressed. I will order again and hopefully everyone will love it.

Beautifully wrapped and well packaged products. The Yuzu and chilli dressing is alive with tangy heat. Don’t just try it in salad. The Shiso Teriyaki is sublime with a hint of burnt toffee. Have not yet tried the Miso hot sauce but I’m likely to use it in a pork rib marinade. Thanks for making these delicious products.

The Izakaya Gift box contains three amazing and very different sauces. Shiso teriyaki is my favourite but they are all great.

Love the flavours and versatility of the sauces.. use a marinade, dressings or dipping sauce…I’ve also used the miso chilli mixed with some mayo to make a spicy pasta salad… options are endless! 😁

Originally I was looking to purchase the miso hot sauce, but saw the bundle and thought I’d try a couple of others, a great decision! My housemates & I have used the miso hot sauce for dumpling night, the shiso teriyaki to make chicken skewers, and recently discovered the yuzu & chilli sauce goes amazing on fire grilled veggies (especially buttery charred corn). Highly recommend to anyone who wants to elevate home cooked meals!
