Spicy Miso Butter Corn


2 pieces of corn, husked

40g unsalted butter, softened

20g Miso Hot Sauce (adjust to taste)

Furikake seasoning


Start by preparing the Miso Butter: simply add the Miso Hot Sauce to softened butter and mix thoroughly. You can adjust the spice level at this stage.

Next, cook the corn for either 8 minutes in boiling water, or 10 minutes on the grill, turning often. If boiling, drain thoroughly before serving.

Once cooked, spread the butter evenly over the corn pieces, and sprinkle with your favourite furikake.
