Snow Peas with Lemon Myrtle & Yuzu Ponzu

INGREDIENTS

250g snow peas, ends trimmed

2 tablespoons Lemon Myrtle & Yuzu Ponzu

1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil

METHOD

Bring a pot of water to boil with a steamer basket on top. Place the snow peas in the steamer basket, cover, and steam for about 2 minutes.


Transfer the steamed snow peas to a serving bowl or plate. Drizzle the Lemon Myrtle & Yuzu ponzu over the snow peas, along with the olive oil.
