We often get asked, "how do I use your ponzu?"

Truth is, there is no right or wrong way to use it. Though it is traditionally used as a dipping sauce in Japan, there are a number of uses that you might not have thought of.

Brown Butter Ponzu

Made by caramelising butter in a pan, this rich sauce can be used over any of your favourite proteins. Our favourites would have to be shellfish, such as prawns and scallops, or over lovely roasted chicken.

Simply Steamed Greens

Looking to add big bursts of fresh flavour to your veggies? We love to pour some ponzu right over the top of some steamed or stir-fried veggies. Add a splash of high quality olive oil or sesame oil to add a bit of depth.

Add Some Life To Your Soups

Adding some citrus to a dashi or soup can really enhance the dish. You can very easily make a clean and healthy soup with a few basic ingredients, utilising our ponzu. Try our Warm Ebi Soba if you need a quick and easy lunch.
