Charred Broccolini and Green Bean Salad


1 bunch broccolini 
100g green beans (halved)
50g’s Jacquin Chevre goats cheese
2TBSP toasted almonds
Fresh Yuzu & Chilli dressing
Cooking oil


Start by blanching the beans and broccolini together for 1 minute in boiling water. Transfer to an ice bath or cold running water. Once cool, strain and transfer to a tray.
On the stove, heat a grill pan over high heat, lightly coat the veg with cooking oil and place in the searing hot pan. Cook until lightly charred all over then remove. 
Place in a bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste. Crumble the goats cheese over top, pour over the Fresh Yuzu & Chilli dressing and flaked almonds.
